Safety practice and fire response training are shaped around organizational roles and risks. The VR simulator provides an environment for active learning and feedback, while XR connects practice with physical space. Training is integrated with the emergency programme and the professional requirements applying to the facility.

Israeli workplace information and training regulations require instruction on relevant employee risks, checking understanding and repeating instruction as needed and at least annually. Fire safety requirements and emergency team training depend on the business, risks and licence conditions.
The simulator complements the training programme. It does not replace certified instruction, physical equipment practice or evacuation drills when required. Match the programme to the requirements applying to your organization.

Experiential learning connects recognizing a situation with action and feedback. A comparative 2026 fire-extinguisher study found better practical performance and three-month knowledge retention in VR and AR groups than in the video group.
The study assessed other systems, not FireSimXR. Outcomes depend on content, instruction and participants.
